Scott Miller moved to approve the Consent Agenda, which included Commissioners' Proceedings dated March 24, 2026; an Indigent Cremation Application for James Phillips (later removed); minutes for the Roberts Water & Sewer District dated February 24, 2026; approval of a bylaw change; and claim approvals for the April 2026 accounting period. Scott Blain seconded; the motion carried. It was clarified in discussion that the Roberts Water & Sewer District minutes documented appointments of Victoria Herron and Bobbie Jean Blakeley as members.
Miller then moved to amend the consent-agenda motion to remove the Indigent Cremation Application from the Consent Agenda so it could be considered as a standalone agenda item; Blain seconded the amendment and the amendment carried. The meeting record notes that the Indigent Cremation Application will be handled separately on a subsequent agenda. Kirsten Sweet left the meeting during the Consent Agenda discussion. The meeting adjourned at 11:30 a.m.
