John Mitchell said the Meals on Wheels flyer requires revision to reflect the commission’s correct meeting day and that Elder Services has granted permission for the commission to use their material. Commission members discussed how many flyers to print; Jessica Simmons and Sarah O’Reilly volunteered to print copies and agreed to split the printing if more than 100 are required.
Because the commission did not have a quorum, these items were reviewed as updates rather than acted on; any formal approvals or outreach were deferred until a future meeting when a quorum is present.
