Commissioner Bill Bullock moved to approve the minutes; Commissioner Scott Blain seconded the motion, which carried.
Committee members reported the cancelation of planned CPR training for the Red Lodge Road Crew and logged three incidental accidents that were medical only. The committee also confirmed a schedule of building inspections through August 2026, with locations listed for the Red Lodge Road Shop, Bridger Road Shop, Joliet Road Shop, Extension Office/Weed District, Administration Building, Personal Services Building and the Courthouse. The committee recommended that Sterling Murphy and Scott Wilson attend skid-steer training on April 16, 2026.
The committee acknowledged individuals who contributed to safety efforts, including Tim Blair from the Road Crew and Jeff Burman, Invasive Plants Coordinator. Administrators Katie Asbury and Commissioner Scott Blain said they will pursue further review to determine whether fairgrounds buildings and the RC&D building should be added to future inspections.
No formal policy changes were adopted; the action recorded was approval of the committee minutes and the committee's procedural schedule. The board moved on to other agenda items after the safety discussion.
