Commissioner Scott Miller moved to waive the liability insurance for Jan Barry; Commissioner Bill Bullock seconded. The motion carried. The board also previously approved a motion by Commissioner Bill Bullock to close the meeting to discuss litigation strategies, seconded by Commissioner Scott Miller; that motion similarly carried.
No vote tallies were recorded in the minutes. The consent agenda motion and the insurance-waiver motion were recorded as carried in the minutes; Helmuth introduced the new budgets to the commissioners after the approvals.
