Jack Malone seconded, and the motion was recorded as unanimously approved; the transcript records unanimity but does not list individual roll-call votes. First Selectman Cheryl Blanchard and Superintendent William Hull were listed as also present in the minutes but spoke no motions during the session.
The board then moved to adjourn. Desrosiers moved to adjourn at 7:45 p.m.; Malone seconded and the motion was unanimously approved. The minutes note that subsequent meetings will include approval of these minutes and any corrections.
