Commissioners approve contracts, reappointments and corrective deed in consent actions

Among actions recorded in the minutes: approval of University of Wyoming annual compensation agreements for county extension staff (Shaily Harshbarger and Shar Perry for 7/1/2021–6/30/2022); signing a service-provider agreement with High Country Behavioral Health for the Lincoln County Adult Probation Program; and approval of a Road Project Agreement with the USDA Forest Service for Greys River Road Improvements Phase I.
The minutes record a Wyoming Department of Health, Behavioral Health Division contract for the Adult Probation Program with a figure of $86,747.49 and separately record that Commissioner Hansen moved to amend a prior motion to include “up to $80,000 for FY 2022,” which the board adopted. The minutes therefore show both an initial contract figure and an adopted amendment capping FY 2022 at a different amount; the record includes both entries without further clarification.
Other consent actions included reappointing Vince Tomassi to the Lincoln/Kemmerer Airport Board (term to July 2024) and signing a Corrective Special Warranty Deed to correct a grantee name on an earlier deed (originally recorded Oct. 20, 2020, entry no. 1012801, Book 994 Page 675). The minutes show motions were adopted for these items; the record does not include roll-call vote tallies.
