Commission approves TAP match, toilets bid and several subdivision files; Elysian Landing tabled

The Lincoln County Board approved a series of consent and procurement items June 1–2: a 50% match for the Town of LaBarge TAP grant, a $35,740 bid award for Hams Fork parking‑lot vault toilets, multiple subdivision approvals and an MOU for county appraisal software; commissioners tabled the Elysian Landing minor subdivision for further road review.
During two days of meetings, the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners adopted a number of routine motions and procurement actions and resolved several subdivision and planning items.
On June 2, the board voted to provide 50% of the match for the Town of LaBarge’s Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) grant application and to award a single bid for the Hams Fork parking‑lot vaulted toilets to SCI Inc. in the amount of $35,740. Earlier on June 1 the board approved an MOU with the Wyoming Department of Revenue and the County Assessor for the Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) system and an agreement with the Wyoming Department of Health for the county WIC program in the amount of $7,863 (July 1–Dec. 31, 2021).
The board recorded approvals for multiple planning files including Double Heart Ranch Subdivision (File 414 SS 21), Black Creek Ranches Subdivision (File 704 PZ 21), Scenic View Subdivision Fourth Filing (File 805 AP 21), White Tail Meadows (File 202 MS 21) and Wagner View (File 203 MS 21). Several other files were discussed in detail; File 205 MS 21 (Elysian Landing Subdivision) was withdrawn from approval and tabled so the county engineer can further evaluate a county road issue; the file was set to return July 7, 2021.
County staff reported routine facility and maintenance items, including an estimate request for the Alpine Library fence and expiring security licenses at some north‑county facilities. The meeting also included recognition of county employees for service milestones and the usual payroll and voucher approvals that are reflected in the minutes.
