Lincoln County commissioners approve consent agenda, multiple agreements and appointments

The Lincoln County Board of Commissioners approved a package of routine and contractual items during meetings on Nov. 2–3, 2021, including an appointment to the county fairboard and several service and grant agreements.
Commissioner Hansen moved to approve the consent agenda, which included minutes from Oct. 19, 2021, adjustments to the assessment roll and payment of vouchers; the motion carried. Hansen also moved to appoint Ryan Lyman to the Fairboard to fill the unexpired term of Del Cunningham (term expiring Dec. 31, 2021); that motion was adopted.
The board approved a Cooperative Law Enforcement Agreement with the USDA Forest Service Bridger-Teton National Forest for $11,000 and subsequently authorized the chairman to sign Exhibit A, the Cooperative Law Enforcement Annual Operating Plan and Financial Plan. Commissioner Harmon said it was "unfortunate to see services dropping every year" with the Forest Service.
Commissioner Harmon moved to sign a Grant Delivery Agreement between Lincoln County and Positive Community Prevention LLC for $30,000 for one year; the motion carried. The board also approved entry into the iWorQ service agreement for one year at $8,847 (initially recorded as pending the county attorney’s review) and accepted a change order with Coalitions and Collaboratives, Inc. to extend the COCO grant to Jan. 31, 2022.
Other consent approvals included standard county orders and administrative items. The meetings adjourned Nov. 2 at 3:18 p.m. and Nov. 3 at 1:32 p.m.
