4‑H enrollment rises; commissioners pledge support for new shooting sports building

Volunteer Shooting Sports Leader Philip Lockwood described the program's focus on firearm safety, historical shooting locations and the benefits to youth instruction. The board agreed to move forward with a letter of support to assist the program's advancement.
