The ledger shown to the council listed total receipts for November of $6,125.49 (city), $3,864.80 (water) and $2,323.61 (sewer), and the meeting record lists grand totals of $6,125.49 for city fund bills, $3,864.80 for water fund bills and $2,323.61 for sewer fund bills.
City Clerk Megan Miller presented the bill roll. City fund payments included a $680 payment to the Olds Fire Department for fire protection, $1,861.50 to WEMIGA for trash removal, wages and electrical and utility charges; water fund disbursements included testing fees and regional water purchases; sewer fund items included wages and a $1,500 charge shown to BES Water Solutions for trailer rental.
Utility staff reported operations figures for council review. Tim Wilson reported unaccounted-for water of 16.62% and water usage of 559,000 gallons; the minutes indicate Timothy Faller read meters on Nov. 20, 2025. The council reviewed the monthly DNR sewer report; the lagoon discharge was completed through November and finished Dec. 7, leaving the lagoon ready for winter.
Clerk Miller told the council she had received a quote from Federal Signal to replace the town siren and pole and that she would investigate potential grant options to offset the cost. The council also accepted WEMIGA’s spring cleanup day for June 5, 2026.
The meeting record shows the consent-agenda motion was moved by Councilmember Jim Rohde and seconded by Councilmember Jason Waterhouse and carried 4 ayes. The council set a special meeting for Dec. 22, 2025; the next regular meeting date was not changed.
