Joanie D’Ambrosia moved to approve the minutes with edits, Sarah Ryan seconded, and the motion passed on a roll call vote: Joanie D’Ambrosia, Sarah Ryan and Joshua Smith recorded yes; Jennifer Bothwell and Zachery Berry were recorded as absent.
Earlier in the meeting commissioners reviewed the drafted Annual Report for fiscal year 2025–26 and made no changes. The meeting was called to order at 5:15 p.m. and adjourned at 5:29 p.m. The commission scheduled its next meeting for March 26, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at the Wales Senior Center.
