Roberts moved the resolution and Goodin seconded. The commission took a roll-call vote: Mitzel — aye; Goodin — aye; McDonald — aye; Roberts — aye; O’Hara — aye. The motion carried 5-0.
The discussion that preceded the vote focused on the geographic extent of the commission’s review authority and whether the city should send a letter declining review in cases where it is not appropriate. McKinnon said staff could decline review by letter when applicable.
No additional conditions or amendments to the plat were recorded in the meeting minutes. The commission proceeded to other agenda items after the vote.
