Chapter 71 sidewalk snow removal: Motion by Councilor Bruce Vander Sanden, seconded by Councilor Leigh Cook, to continue enforcement of Chapter 71 as written (sidewalk snow removal responsibility remains with property owners). Ayes: 4. Nays: 1 (Councilor Leslie Hoyt). Motion carried (4-1).
