The Milo City Council voted April 6 to set a public hearing on the proposed fiscal 2027 city budget for 7:00 p.m. April 20, 2026, at Milo City Hall, 100 Main St.
Councilman Griggs moved to set the hearing and Council member Mason seconded; the motion passed with Council members Amsden, Griggs, Mason and Rodgers voting aye and Rasmussen absent. The council directed the city clerk to make the necessary legal filings and public notices required for the hearing.
The public hearing is the formal opportunity for residents to review the proposed budget and deliver comment before the council considers final adoption. The council scheduled the next regular meeting for April 20 at 7:00 p.m., when the hearing will occur.
