- Item eight: Categorical CEQA exemptions for a community compost hub at Sepulveda Garden Center (agreement with LA Compost).
- Item ten: Board of Recreation and Park Commissioners' authorization to initiate environmental due diligence for acquiring various California Department of Transportation properties for park purposes; referred to Government Operations Committee.
All listed items (three and four through ten) were read into the record and approved as stated; the clerk called the roll and the chair stated the items were approved.
