Middletown IDA approves minutes and payment of three bills; treasurer’s report deferred

The board then approved payment of three bills listed in the packet by unanimous roll call.
The bills recorded in the meeting packet and read into the record were: a FedEx bill transcribed in the packet as "17911" (amount as recorded in the packet/transcript; the numeric formatting is ambiguous in the transcript), an audit invoice from RBT for 4,850, and a legal fee for Alex Smith, the IDA’s legal counsel, for $60. The motion to approve payment of the three bills was moved and seconded and the clerk recorded all members present voting yes. The treasurer, Leonor(a) Liz, was not present but had submitted a financial report that will be taken up at the next meeting. The executive director also announced an IDA training academy scheduled for July 16 in Albany.
