Board approves bidding for 38th Place phases 1–2 and reissues County Line culvert bid

The board also authorized reissuing County Line culvert bid documents and noted that the County Line project will have a shorter bid window and that the road cannot be closed for more than 14 days during the work. Staff said they plan concurrent procurement to improve pricing and schedule efficiency.
