Council approved two engineering services agreements with Warner Engineering for E Linden Drive (2025) and Winfield Avenue (2026), each motion passing 6-0. The Council also approved a site plan for a flexible-use business building in the 1100 block of N Broadway Street (6-0).
By Resolution No. 2023-94 the Council approved a curbside residential solid waste collection agreement between the City and Wemiga Waste, Inc. and Lance Refuse, Inc.; the resolution was adopted by roll call vote 6-0.
The Council approved the five-year FAA Capital Improvement Program for the Mount Pleasant Municipal Airport (6-0). The meeting closed with a motion to adjourn; the Council adjourned at 5:59 p.m. and set its next regular meeting for Dec. 27, 2023.
