At a separate hearing, the board considered an application from Iglesia Pentecostes Seguidores De Cristo Inc. Assessor Marshall told the board the organization met state requirements for exemption but filed Form 451A after the Dec. 31, 2024 deadline. The board unanimously waived the late‑filing deadline, authorized the assessor to process the application, and assessed the non‑waivable $100 late penalty.
