Dodge County Board approves claims, contract and budget calendar; awards culvert contract
Summary

On April 16, the Dodge County Board of Supervisors unanimously approved county claims and several routine administrative items.
The Board approved wage and hour claims totaling $290,794.10 and financial claims totaling $640,649.80 as submitted. The Board also adopted the Proposed 2025–2026 Budget Calendar and noted that an LB 644 public hearing, if necessary for subdivisions that exceed the tax cap, will be held on Sept. 18, 2025 at 6:01 P.M. in the Dodge County Extension Office meeting room.
Separately, the Board approved the contract with A & R Construction Company for Project 643, Structure No. C002704710 (Dodge County Concrete Box Culvert), and authorized signatures on the contract.
The Board also unanimously approved NDOT's request for a temporary easement for the Rawhide Creek Culvert Project. These routine approvals were recorded as unanimous in the minutes; vote tallies were not recorded by mover/second in each instance.
