Middlefield Board of Finance re-elects Skelps as chair, approves agenda and minutes

A motion to approve the agenda for the Jan. 15 meeting was made by Lee Matterazzo and seconded by Mary Wolak; the motion carried unanimously with no abstentions. The board then held elections for the 2026—627 term. Jeanine Connelly proposed Michael Skelps for chair; Skelps accepted. Skelps proposed Lee Matterazzo for vice chair; Matterazzo accepted.
