Carl Hamann then moved to accept a concept design from American Ramp Company for $9,000 and to move forward with the pump track project; Leah Ziems seconded. The council voted unanimously to approve the design and to proceed.
The council approved a resolution authorizing transfer of jurisdiction for DNR county property south of the rail trail to the Village of Sanford after a motion by Carl Hamann and a second from Leah Ziems; the vote was unanimous. Treasurer Travis Raymond presented monthly financial statements; the council approved bills totaling $98,332.06 on a motion by Carl Hamann, seconded by Leah Ziems.
Don Whaley served as acting president for the meeting; Dolores Porte and Marcus Thrush were recorded as absent and had been excused earlier in the session. The meeting adjourned at 7:27 p.m.
