Birmingham Township HARB recommends approval of exterior materials for 1035 Little Ridge Drive

The Birmingham Township Historical Architectural Review Board (HARB) voted unanimously on May 19 to recommend approval of proposed exterior changes at 1035 Little Ridge Drive.
Contractor Mr. Windle, representing the Ramaker family homeowners, presented the materials and finishes the group proposed for the property, including a white garage door; Spanish Moss raised-panel shutters; TimberTech American Walnut decking; bronze railings; and bronze light fixtures. He also stated that no screen door would be installed on the front entrance.
HARB members raised no concerns about the choices. Daniel Campbell, the board's architect, moved to recommend approval of the shutters, garage door, decking, railings and light fixtures; HARB Chair Mary Pat McCarthy seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
No public comment was recorded during the meeting. The board approved the April 2026 minutes earlier in the session. The meeting was adjourned at 7:13 PM.
