North Canaan ZBA approves minutes, schedules annual meeting and adjourns

At its Oct. 28 special meeting the North Canaan Zoning Board of Appeals approved the prior meeting minutes (motion by Matt Freund, seconded by John Jacquier), agreed to hold its annual meeting Nov. 19 at 7:00 p.m., and adjourned after a motion to close the session.
The Town of North Canaan Zoning Board of Appeals met in special session Oct. 28, 2025. Chairman Brian Allyn called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m.
The board approved the minutes of the previous meeting on a motion by Matt Freund with a second from John Jacquier; the motion carried. Later in the session the board agreed to hold its annual meeting on Nov. 19 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting concluded after Mr. Freund moved to adjourn, Mr. Jacquier seconded and the motion carried.
