Chairman Mike O’Connor explained the special-permit process to Quattrocchi and Zoning Enforcement Officer George Martin told the owner he would provide a replacement zoning application and work with him on next steps.
Commissioner Dalton Jacquier questioned the connection between zoning and the liquor license; the commission explained that the liquor license process requires a zoning official’s sign-off as part of local compliance checks. No formal application hearing was scheduled during the Oct. 14 meeting; the commission and the applicant agreed to continue working through the application process with the Zoning Enforcement Officer.
Next steps: ZEO George Martin will deliver the replacement application to Joe Quattrocchi and assist with the submission. The commission did not vote on a permit at the Oct. 14 meeting.
