River Ridge CDD adopts special assessments for FY2025, removes Exhibit B references

The River Ridge Community Development District Board of Supervisors on Aug. 27 adopted Resolution 2024-08, making a determination of benefit and imposing special assessments for Fiscal Year 2024/2025. District Counsel Tony Pires opened the public hearing recommendation and no affected property owners spoke.
During consideration, the board directed a textual amendment: delete all references to "Exhibit B" on Page 2, the first whereas clause, and throughout the document. On a motion by Assistant Secretary Kurt Blumenthal seconded by Assistant Secretary Robert Twombly, the board adopted the resolution as amended by unanimous vote.
The resolution certifies an assessment roll and provides for collection and enforcement of special assessments; the board included a severability clause and provided for amendments to the assessment roll. Staff will finalize the amended resolution for implementation and include any required notices to affected property owners.
