• Overnight field trip (Shattered Dreams): It was moved by G. Guyette, seconded by D. Gragnolati and passed unanimously to approve the Shattered Dreams overnight retreat (April 25–26, 2024).
• EF Tours (London, Paris, Florence, Rome, April 2025): It was moved by G. Guyette, seconded by D. Gragnolati and passed unanimously to approve the EF Tours field trip in April 2025.
• Healthy Food Certification (C.G.S. Section 10‑215f): It was moved by D. Gragnolati, seconded by L. Cutler and passed unanimously that the board certify compliance with Connecticut Nutrition Standards for July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025.
• Food sales exception: It was moved by D. Gragnolati, seconded by L. Cutler and passed unanimously that the Windsor Locks Board of Education allow the sale to students of food items that do not meet Connecticut Nutrition Standards under specified after‑hours event conditions.
