Pembroke board votes: Abstract #19 payments and $500,000 bond for tax collector approved unanimously

At the Oct. 23 meeting the Pembroke Town Board adopted two formal resolutions by unanimous vote.
Resolution #68 (Payment of Abstract #19 of 2025) authorizes the supervisor to make the payments contained within Abstract #19 of 2025 on the ground that these are normal operating expenses within the 2025 budgets. The motion was made by Supervisor Thomas Schneider, seconded by Councilwoman Kathleen Manne, and passed 4-0 (Ayes: Arnold, Manne, Conti, Schneider).
Resolution #69 (Approval of Official Undertaking/Performance Bond 2026) requires the town to bond the Tax Collector in the amount of $500,000 and authorizes the form and sureties of that bond. The motion was made by Councilman Edward G. Arnold Jr., seconded by Councilwoman Kathleen Manne, and passed 4-0 (Ayes: Arnold, Manne, Conti, Schneider).
Both resolutions were recorded in the minutes as approved by unanimous vote. No dissenting votes or abstentions were recorded.
