Franklin County Commission approves routine orders, tables personnel policy revision

The Franklin County Commission on June 22 approved a slate of routine commission orders and tabled a proposed revision to the county employee personnel policy.
Agenda business began with approval of minutes from June 16 and a June 18 workshop. The commission then voted to approve commission order 2026-161, an execution of a public health emergency preparedness program service contract with the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services.
The commission also approved 2026-162, authorizing the disbursement of $170,856.97 in special road and bridge funds to the city of Sullivan; 2026-163, related to overplus land sales back taxes to Kimberly Ko; and 2026-164, authorizing disposition of certain state and local records. Commission order 2026-165, a proposed revision to the Franklin County employee personnel policy, was tabled until a later meeting. The panel approved 2026-166 (naming of a county road) and 2026-167 (the consent agenda, including recorder of deeds fees for May).
