The Robinson School Building Committee held routine business at its June 23 meeting, approving an invoices package and the June 2 meeting minutes, and setting next steps on the Robinson school project calendar.
A motion to approve the invoices package was made and carried; the project team confirmed an internal comment on a civil-engineers invoice did not require further discussion. Committee members indicated seven present members voted in favor; Dr. Chu was asked but unable to vote at that time.
The committee then approved the June 2 meeting minutes after a motion; one member who was not present at the June 2 meeting abstained to allow time to catch up. Committee members instructed Valerie to consolidate individual scoring returned by committee members into a compiled matrix in advance of a July 14 meeting where the committee will vote which options move to PSR-level study. The PDP/PSR submission vote is planned for July 21 at the tri-board meeting.
A motion to adjourn was moved and seconded; the meeting was closed.
