Joyce Palmer-Fortune then nominated Keith Bardwell for vice chair, seconded by Pete Kane. Roll-call votes were Paul Newlin — yes; Joyce Palmer-Fortune — yes; Sylvie Jensen — yes; Keith Bardwell — yes; Pete Kane — yes. Pete Kane had offered to serve as clerk earlier in the discussion but no formal recorded vote on that offer appears in the transcript.
The committee assigned report-review tasks: the Fleet Evaluation portion to Keith Bardwell and Joyce Palmer-Fortune; the Charging Station Evaluation portion to Paul Newlin, Pete Kane and Sylvie Jensen.
