Zeroff also noted Dolius' academic credentials (a bachelor of science in education from Ohio University and a master's in educational leadership from Windgate University) and that he and his wife are members of the local community with three children attending district schools.
The board voted on the appointment during the meeting; members recorded votes in favor. The appointment will proceed and HR will finalize necessary paperwork.
