Commission releases bids, approves RESTORE task order and FDOT grant applications

RESTORE task order: The Board approved Langton & Associates Task Order #2 (RESTORE Landfill Transfer Station Project) to provide grant-administration and solicitation support during implementation and construction, not-to-exceed $18,696.
FDOT grant applications: The Board adopted the ranking order and resolutions authorizing submission of up to five FDOT transportation grant applications across three programs (SCOP, SCRAP, CIGP) for projects including West Bayshore resurfacing on St. George Island, widening/resurfacing Lake Morality Road, and other priority county road improvements. Griffith explained the programs and the county’s project priorities.
