Ryan Dachenbach moved to approve the consent agenda; Jarid Howell seconded and the motion carried 5-0.
The board then took a roll call vote to enter a closed session for a superintendent evaluation under Iowa Code 21.5(1)(i). The roll call recorded ayes from Ryan Dachenbach, Jarid Howell, Becky Shelton, Sarah Willis and Dustin Shivvers. At 7:13 P.M. the board took another roll call and returned to open session, with the same five members recorded as voting aye.
After returning to open session, Ryan Dachenbach moved to adjourn; Becky Shelton seconded and the motion carried 5-0. The special meeting was adjourned.
