Council adopts Ordinance 516 updating residential waste rules and fees

The Center Point City Council voted unanimously on March 10 to adopt Ordinance 516, which amends the city’s Resource Recovery & Disposal of Residential Waste regulations and related fees. Roll-call votes recorded all four members present — Nathan Schnell, Alicia Thomas, John Stuelke and Mike LeClere — voting “aye.” Melissa McLaughlin was absent.
