On Resolution 2026-11 the council voted to terminate the ECICOG nuisance enforcement contract. Resolution 2026-12 approved purchase of a transfer switch for Well #4 from Acme Electric at a cost of $12,472.00. That purchase was approved on a motion by Stuelke, seconded by LeClere; the roll call in the minutes recorded Aye votes from Thomas, Stuelke, Schnell and LeClere.
The council took these votes as part of a brief New Business block and adjourned at 6:41 p.m.
