Fence permit: The board also approved a fence permit from TSL to replace an existing chain-link fence with black vinyl-coated chain-link along Locust Street and to install privacy slats where the fence faces the road. Members described the replacement as an improvement over the previous condition.
Governance: The board deferred election-of-officers business to the next meeting, confirmed a special zoning-code workshop for March 24, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., and adjourned at 9:43 p.m.
