Chief Msh recommended mirroring the city’s existing golf-cart program where feasible. Several council members indicated support for staff crafting ordinance language to permit UTVs on the same permitted streets as golf carts and to return the draft ordinance for formal consideration.
The council did not adopt an ordinance at this meeting; staff will prepare proposed ordinance language and bring it back for formal reading and possible adoption.
