At its April 2 meeting the Dennis Conservation Commission approved prior meeting minutes and issued a certificate of compliance for MZ Realty Land Trust LLC (file SE161195) for a septic upgrade at 84 Highland Pond Road after staff review.
A commissioner moved to accept the minutes, which the commission approved by voice vote. The commission also voted to issue the certificate of compliance for file SE161195 after staff indicated the work met the order of conditions.
Staff reported three new RDA filings for the next meeting and noted road regrading at Crow's property scheduled for Tuesday–Wednesday, with a weather-dependent prescribed burn in the pasture planned for the end of the week in coordination with the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR). The staff update said the burn date would be short-notice and dependent on weather and DCR coordination.
Next steps: staff will post the new RDA filings for the next meeting and will notify commissioners when the prescribed burn date is set.
