Chair said the authority had "received a work order directive" and that "there will be a change order at some point." Committee members agreed to the wording change in the minutes.
The board also acknowledged the MBA cash summary and accounts receivable report as of Aug. 1, 2025. A Committee member moved to acknowledge the receipt of the cash summary and accounts receivable report; the chair called the vote and members present responded "Aye," carrying the motion by voice vote.
On the water treatment project, a Committee member told the board that "the concrete foundation for the GAC chambers needs to be increased in size," and staff said the contractor will proceed under a work order directive that will later be identified as a change order. The discussion noted the distinction between an administrative-level work order directive and a direct change order to the contract.
The board reviewed the MBA disbursement summary for 07/24 through 08/04/2025, which a Committee member read as totaling "$111,972.62." The Chair moved to acknowledge the disbursement summary and members present responded "Aye," and the motion carried.
