The Clarksville City Council approved a series of residential building permits and tabled one application pending property pin locations.
Council voted to table Annette Wittrock’s permit for 215 N Elizabeth because property pins and lines need to be located before proceeding. The council then approved permits for Mike and Teresa Negen at 220 N Fremont (garage addition, patio and driveway); Jeff Kelm at 322 N Main (portable shed with concrete slab); Greg Johnson at 303 E Jefferson (remove concrete steps and install a wooden front deck); an 8x12 shed moved on skids; a modification to Levi Bond’s fence location at 318 Baughman St.; and a fence for dogs at 420 S Church for Troy Geweke.
Motions to approve each permit were made and carried with Roger Doty, Jessi Reints, Jennifer Kielman and Taran Sherburne voting aye; Council Member Ruth Saulsbury was absent for votes.
