Spencer Musselman, the new Land Use Administrator, told Ridgway the town has experienced an increase in permitting activity. Housatonic River Commissioner Phil Hart reported that the Housatonic River has received Wild and Scenic designation and noted that the commission offers Community Grants through a grants program.
