First Selectman Catherine A. Osten called the Town of Sprague’s special town meeting to order on June 26, 2012, in the courtroom and read the call of the meeting.
The meeting approved three motions: the acceptance of a drainage easement from Wayne E. Hutchinson and Debra A. Hutchinson; the acceptance of a drainage easement and rights to discharge stormwater from Lucretia A. Krodel; and the creation of a 2011–2012 fiscal-year line item titled '7501 Jobs Funds Program' with a $152,062 transfer from line item 7500 (Board of Education). Committee member Denise Dembinski moved each motion; Armand Glaude seconded each motion. All motions were approved by voice vote, with no roll-call tallies recorded in the minutes.
The first two votes authorized the town to accept drainage easements conveyed by private property owners, giving the town the easement interests and, in the Krodel case, explicit rights to discharge stormwater. The third vote established a new budget line to record Jobs Funds Program expenses, and moved $152,062 from the Board of Education line item (7500) into the new 7501 line.

The minutes do not record individual vote counts.
