He said the services would act as agents of the city and continue the ongoing inspection work.
The contract will be funded from the city's 1-cent capital fund balance to account number 278405393, staff said. Following a motion to approve the contract as presented and a second, the board recorded a roll-call vote: Members Brown, Short, Abel, Murray and Chairbox voted "Yes." The motion carried.
The award continues a working relationship with Standard Engineering, which staff said has maintained project communication and coordination with the contractor during prior phases. The authority did not state an implementation timeline beyond the project phase referenced at the meeting.
