John McCarthy (Pelham Hospitality) told the board the new ownership "is not looking to make any changes" to operations and asked only that the license be changed into the company's name.
Sasha's Pizza Inc. received approval to transfer an annual wine and malt beverage license (hours confirmed as 8 a.m. to 1 a.m. Monday–Saturday, 12 p.m. to 1 a.m. Sunday) and to appoint an on‑site manager; attorney David Waller introduced the owners and said the restaurant will continue existing operations. The board moved and seconded the transfer and manager motion and voted unanimously.
The board approved a change in manager for Corsair Resort Motel Inc. DBA Deep End Cafe, appointing James M. Wolfe Jr. as manager; board members noted his TIP certification and prior managerial experience.
At 961 Main Street in West Dennis, Kyra Iolani Inc. DBA Cream and Cone sought a seasonal all‑alcohol license transfer and a manager appointment; attorney Andrew Singer presented the application and the board approved the transfer, manager and pledge of the license after confirming hours (11 a.m. to 11 p.m.).
Board members emphasized standard conditions such as manager responsibility for operations, compliance with zoning and health department rules, and the town's enforcement tools for violations.
