City Attorney Mr. Jackson read the ordinance, which states the transfer amount ($908,299.81) and that other provisions of the fiscal‑year 2025–2026 general fund remain unchanged. Councilors Simmons and Lane led motions for unanimous consent and approval; a roll‑call vote recorded all three members present voting "yes." The ordinance will be numbered 2980.
