Sterling Board approves consent agenda and budget report

The Sterling Board of Education on Jan. 21 approved the consent agenda, which included the Dec. 17, 2025 minutes, the superintendent’s report, the special education director’s report, the principal’s report, the clinical supervisor’s report, and the monthly check register.
Business Manager Sara Howley presented the Financial/Budget Discussions report. Victoria Robinson-Lewis moved to approve the Budget and Expense Report and John Brady seconded; the motion passed with all in favor.
The minutes record approval of the documents but do not include line-item budget figures or further budget discussion in the public minutes. The Budget committee is noted as preparing materials for a future presentation to the Board.
