Board member Peter Rabbitt moved to table the item; Vice Chair Neil Delmonico seconded the motion. The board recorded a voice vote of 5-0 in favor of tabling the proposal.
Members said they needed additional detail to assess the justification and scope of the capital request. The IT Department was directed to provide an itemized equipment list and a clearer project description for consideration at a future meeting.
No expenditure was approved at the meeting; the item remains pending return to the board once the requested documentation is provided.
