Councilmember Mike Termer moved to approve the Jan. 12 minutes as corrected; the motion was seconded by Councilmember Steve Crothers and approved by voice vote. Later in the meeting Councilmember Steve Crothers moved and Councilmember Mike Termer seconded approval of bills dated Jan. 26 in the amount of $60,811.15; the roll call vote recorded six ayes (Crothers, Termer, Zaverl, Gottschalk, Trott and Sutton) with Councilmember Crystal Heykoop absent.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:22 P.M. The minutes are not official until approved at the Feb. 9, 2026 council meeting.
