Shelby planning commission approves Sept. minutes and 2024 annual report

The Village of Shelby Planning Commission approved two routine items during its Nov. 18, 2025 meeting. Chairperson Ross Field presided.
Commissioner Tim Horton moved to approve the minutes of the Sept. 16, 2025 Planning Commission meeting with one correction; Commissioner Paul Inglis seconded. The commission adopted the motion by voice vote; the transcript records the action as "all in favor." Members Samantha Gottschalk and John Sutton were noted as absent.
The commission then reviewed the Planning Commission Annual Report for calendar year 2024. Commissioner Paul Inglis moved to approve the annual report "as prepared," and Commissioner Tim Horton seconded. The motion passed on a voice vote recorded as unanimous among those present.
No public participation was recorded on these items. The meeting minutes included a note that they are not official until approved at the next regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting on Jan. 20, 2026. The meeting was called to order at 6:05 P.M. and adjourned at 7:23 P.M.
